DEWE-3100
In 2006 we put our hot-swappable battery technology into a unique model the DEWE-3100. Modeled after a notebook computer with a flip-up display, the DEWE-3100. The result is a ruggedized notebook computer with these unique capabilities:
  • A full size PCI slot! - just try to find a PCI slot in a notebook computer
  • An upgradeable ITX motherboard - not a disposable notebook design!
  • Hot-swappable batteries

This product was such an innovation that it was selected as the NASA TECH PRODUCT OF THE YEAR in 2006! We are honored by that distinction.

Several models to choose from


The DEWE-3100 is available as a ruggedized notebook computer (DEWE-3108), or as the center of a powerful data acquisition system. It is very often used in conjunction with one of our expansion chasses, like the DEWE-51-PCI or DEWE-30 series signal conditioning enclosure:

There are also several dedicated function models available:


DEWE-3100-TR
This is an 8-channel transient recorder -- up to 25 MS/s/ch with 8 channels... or select fewer channels and have 50, 100, 200, or even 500 MS/s/ch.

DEWE-3100-DSA-8
This is an 8-channel analyzer, with 8 IEPE/voltage inputs plus two tacho/encoder inputs and 8 digital input lines.
